Building Analysis and Testing Ltd

BAT are a UKAS Accredited Air Permeability Testing Laboratory Number 2612 carrying out air permeability testing on all types of buildings. A pressure difference when used to overcome stack effect or wind pressures can significant enhance the information available from a thermal survey. Our experience since 2003 undertaking building diagnostics and our portable fan testing equipment make us uniquely placed to undertake Carbon Reduction Surveys of existing buildings from extremely large warehouses to the smallest rooms or sample tests. BAT also have available a Category 2 Drone Thermographer allowing aerial thermal surveys of new or existing facilities to be carried out.
